STITCHED STYLES Scheduling POLICY

Your appointments are very important to the team members of Stitched Styles,  they are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.  All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.

 RESERVATIONS POLICY Please arrive a minimum of 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment so you can use the restroom and relax before your appointment, as services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. We will attempt to confirm all appointments via call, text, and/or email. You are invited to contact us, as well, to confirm exact times, services and ask any questions you may have.

CONFIRMATION REMINDERS

As a courtesy, we will send  automated reminders via txt and email about your service appointments one business day prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, or your information on file is incorrect please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

TARDINESS POLICY We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable; and while we will do our best to accommodate you, if you are more than 10 minutes late of your appointment time, we may be forced to reschedule your service. Please leave your home/work in enough time to account for any traffic/accidents that may occur.

CANCELLATION POLICY We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance so we can fill your spot with clients on our waiting list. If something beyond Stitched Styles control (weather, stylist sick day, etc.) requires us to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will give as much advance notice as soon as possible. If weather is a factor and we do agree to still perform services stitched styles still expects you to arrive on time in the salon chair. Traffic,accidents,or weather will not be an excuse.  At our discretion, a credit card or gift card may be required in order for you to reserve your appointment.

NO-SHOW POLICY / LATE CANCELLATION On your first no show, we will need to save a card on file to secure your next reservation. If the next appointment is missed, a 20% fee will be applied to the remaining balance to  all missed services. On your 3rd missed appointment, a 50% fee will be applied to your remaining balance to all missed services. On your 4th missed appointment, and for any missed appointment after that, a 100% fee will be applied to all missed services and you will be blocked from communicating and booking the salon in the future. If you cancel within 24 hours, or on the same day, no-show policy fees will apply.

CHILD POLICY I strongly prefer no kids. This is not a kid friendly salon, but I do understand changes in childcare happens. If your child is able to sit quietly during your time, they are welcome to come. Please bring an iPad or activity to keep him/her entertained. The salon suite can not accommodate more than one child. Space is limited.Sorry no infants or toddlers at this time.

PRICES POLICY Here at stitched Styles We are constantly expanding our service list,products,and education to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and booking menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

GRATUITY POLICY Prices do not include gratuity. 15% gratuity is assessed for all services over $1000.

MONETARY POLICY Stitched Styles accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Afterpay,shoppay Google Pay, Apply Pay, cashapp,zelle bank debit cards, and cash, All taxes and processing fees will apply. REFUND POLICY All services, gift cards, and pass sales are final. If you need to return a retail item, please note that you must present the receipt within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are issued as in-store credit only. All returns are subject to system verification.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS POLICY If you are currently using Accutane, Retinol or any lotions, creams or other medications that affect the skin, and/or if you have any allergies or recent scar tissue, please notify Stitchedstyles prior to receiving services.

AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY Ages as young as 15 are welcome at StitchedStyles! If you are under the age of 18, your parent or guardian will need to stay or provide timely drop off /picks ups to and from the salon for you to receive any services. If there will be a different transportation method/driver that needs to be communicated to the stylist. 
CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY POLICY Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your Stylist will remain confidential, as will any special conditions. Client lists and email lists are confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies. MEMBERSHIPS & PACKAGES All inquiries or cancellation requests must be sent to the “Contact Us” form on www.stitchedstyles.com

 DEPOSITS: We require deposits at the time of booking to secure your desired appointment day/time. You will receive a confirmation email. All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE/TRANSFERABLE unless stylist is at fault.

LATE ARRIVALS: Please strive to be on time. Stitchedstyles is located in a very busy area (Arlington off 360 and Watson ), therefore, please plan your trip accordingly. Late arrivals may be rescheduled.

  • RESCHEDULING: You are free to reschedule your appointments at least 24hrs before your appointment (please view your confirmation email).
  • BOOKING: Please select the CORRECT service (No last min changes)
    ** ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE TIMED** Most extension installs block off 3-4 hours, therefore it is very IMPORTANT you book all additional services needed (take downs, protein treatments,color services etc.) that way we will have an ample amount of time to service you without running into the next appointment. FAILURE to do so will result in a rescheduled appointment.

PAYMENTS: We accept cash,Zelle, PayPal & Apple Pay.

COMMUNICATION: Please provide a VALID phone number & email; WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FAILED MESSAGES AND MISCOMMUNICATION. Your appointment will be cancelled & deposit will be forfeit.

NO REFUNDS ON SERVICES
