SHIPPING/RETURNS

  • What is your return or exchange policy?
  • All sales are final. We will only exchange items in its original state (as received). It must be unopened, unwrapped, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included. We do not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, colored or washed) exchanges must be within 14 days of receipt of hair. We do not refund shipping charges for orders returned.
  • How long does it take to ship and process the orders?
  • Processing time will depend on which shipping option you choose. The exception being when you purchase hair on¬†backorder (out of stock) to which you will be notified. Keep in mind backorders can take 3-4 weeks to be shipped out.
  • All orders purchased and approved before 11am will go out the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be shipped the next business day.
  • For standard shipping ($7) Orders ship the same day if ordered before 3 pm ET. Orders arrive in 2-3 business days. Overnight shipping is available.¬† .
  • For Express shipping ($25), if you order before 11am you will receive your order in 1-2 business days.
  • Priority shipping delivery time is never guaranteed, it could come a day later or a day earlier depending on USPS. If you live in remote towns express shipping might take 3 days.
  • After your package is mailed you will receive a tracking number.
